45歲男子尤德陽疑因不滿妻子鄭佩樺交友廣闊，去年1月醋勁大發下手殺害對方，並用手機拍下1分鐘驚悚遺體告白，屏東地院法官審理期間對尤嫌精神鑑定未發現異常，審酌後依家暴殺人罪，判決20年徒刑、褫奪公權10年，全案仍可上訴。

2015年1月，恆春鎮49歲女子鄭佩樺離奇陳屍自家床上，脖子有明顯勒痕，將妻送醫枕邊人尤德陽供詞反覆，被檢警認定涉嫌重大，經裁定聲押獲准。

警方事後在尤男手機找到一段影片，只見尤不斷對妻喃喃自語，哭喊「我愛你」，還發現鄭女身體早已呈現僵硬、手指發黑，明顯已死亡，錄影時間是案發當天凌晨3點鐘。

尤男指出，自己手機遭駭，睡前吃6顆安眠藥，醒來發現老婆躺在床上沒有呼吸心跳。但檢警在死者脖子圍巾驗出男子微物跡證。驗屍報告顯示，死者脖子遭勒斃力道強大，肌肉組織皆出現變形，不是一般摔落床下跌挫傷且現場並沒有第三人存在跡象。
